Elaine Kociolek

Adult Literacy Program Manager
Contra Costa County Library

Elaine Kociolek is the program manager for Project Second Chance, Contra Costa County Library’s adult literacy program. Before joining Contra Costa County Library, she worked as an educator and administrator in K-12, higher education, and nonprofit settings. Elaine enjoys discussing all things literacy and learning and is passionate about the ability of library literacy programs to transform lives by building life skills and offering human connection.
