Revamping Your CLLS Tutor Training

CLLS programs have reinvented the tutor training wheel during the pandemic. In many cases, this has resulted in training models that are modernized and accessible for a greater population of tutors. This session will showcase two different revamped tutor training model: an online asynchronous model from Sonoma County Library, and a hybrid synchronous model from Contra Costa County Library. Presenters will also discuss best practices for evaluating and revamping your tutor training model and host a Q&A to answer any questions the audience may have.
