There are a number of changes impacting the world of cataloging from the new restructured and redesigned RDA Toolkit to a delay in the implementation of the Official RDA Toolkit by the Program for Cooperative Cataloging (PCC). The program will provide an update on the Official RDA Toolkit, the recent test of the Toolkit, and implementation plans. The program will also include a brief demo on navigating the Official RDA Toolkit and a review of current documentation such as the Metadata Guidance Documentation (MGDs). The program aims to familiarize attendees with the upcoming changes and well as the content, format and structure of the documents.
