Sabrina Rosengren is the California Library Literacy Services ( CLLS) Coordinator for Huntington Beach Public Library. She received her B.A. in History from UCLA, completed graduate work in Human Rights from Columbia University, and has over 8 years of Adult Literacy experience in library literacy programs across California.
