My name is Stanley Wang and I'm an evaluator at the Heritage Park branch of OC Public Libraries. I helped get board games circulated in our system, and have run board game events at different libraries. To me, board games are a necessary counterbalance to the increased digitalization of everything. They bring people together (much like libraries do) so they can experience the thrill of victory, the agony of defeat, all in glorious face-to-face analog.
