Tara Crow is the Literacy Programs Assistant for the Santa Monica Public Library. Tara has been working in Literacy for the past 5 years. Previously she managed the Public and Volunteer programs for a local aquarium. She has been recruiting, training and managing volunteers and running programming her entire career.
