Cal State East Bay-Hayward Ohlone Walkway Project
Starrlisah Stewart is an Ethnic study major with a concentration in Black Studies and Public Health at Cal State East Bay-Hayward. Before joining the Ohlone Walkway Project, I was a transfer student from Berkeley City College earning my Associate of Science degree with a focus in social work and mental health. In 2022, I worked on the Wolwonja Garden Project located on the University’s Concord campus which included the construction of stone erosion and retaining wall control that provided the constrict of planting and seeding, and the removal of invasive plants. My vision is to provie affordable healthcare to communities.
