Location: A11
Presented ByExhibit Envoy
Bring diverse and relevant exhibitions to your community, even with limited time, limited space, and limited resources! Join us in this no-pressure session to learn about easy-to-install and affordable traveling exhibits from Exhibit Envoy, a nonprofit that has been providing social justice- and California-focused exhibits to libraries and small museums since 1988. We'll walk through the hosting process and discuss some of our current exhibitions, which explore Mexican food stories; the histories of rural Black Californians; women and tattoos before WWII; contemporary Native art; people with disabilities' fight for civil rights; the California grizzly bear; seaweed; and more. Complete with public programming suggestions, marketing materials, and resource lists, these ready-to-install traveling exhibits will easily benefit your patrons, your staff, and your organization.
