Come learn about Project VOICE’s approach for infusing social justice into outreach programs and services for children and families from underserved communities. We emphasize using a strengths-based approach to center the social justice principles of equity, engagement, and empowerment in programs and services you offer for children and families from underserved communities. This session will explore these three principles in-depth, demonstrate what they look like in practice, and offer opportunities to interact with other practitioners around each principle.
