Volunteers. We recruit them. We orient them. We give them training. And then what? How do we support and recognize their efforts? How do we keep them engaged with our mission and our purpose? How do we express appreciation and validate their contributions to our programs? This workshop will explore answers to these questions and challenge attendees to think deep and wide. Volunteer recognition, at its best, is woven into the whole volunteer experience, from recruitment to departure.

• tools to measure the success of your volunteer recognition activities
